Description
Clifton Villa is a house built around 1840, located on the south side of West Cliff Road in Ramsgate. It is constructed of white stock brick and features a concrete tiled roof. The building has two storeys and is topped with a hipped roof that has bracketted eaves, with chimney stacks on both the left and right sides.
On the first floor, there are two sash windows with moulded surrounds. The ground floor includes a sash window on the right and a panelled door on the left, both also with moulded surrounds, and a rectangular fanlight above the door. The ground floor is further enhanced by an arcade with three segmental arches, topped with a parapet and urn finials, and is flanked by a low wall. Access is provided by four central steps and sweeping side walls. A name plaque reading "Clifton Villa" is prominently displayed in the centre of the first floor.
