Description
Courtoak Farmhouse is a house built around 1840, with a 20th-century addition. It is constructed of grey brick and features a hipped slate roof, deep eaves, and stacks on both the right and left sides. The building has two storeys and three bays, with sash windows that include glazing bars. The central door is topped with a rectangular fanlight, and there is a porch that is not of special interest. To the left, there is a one-storey and attic wing that is set back, featuring a tiled roof with a gabled dormer and a stack on the left. There is a door on the right side with a casement window to the left.
