Rowbury Farmhouse is an 18th-century house constructed of brick, featuring a hipped tile roof with deep eaves. The building has two storeys and an attic, with three hipped dormers and chimney stacks located to the left and right of the central bay. It is arranged in three bays, and all windows are 20th-century casements. A gabled 19th-century porch is situated to the left of the central bay.
