Description

This is a house dating from the 1840s, situated on Ramgsate Priory Road. It is constructed of stock brick with flint and banded brick detailing to the return elevations, and has a slate roof. The house is three storeys high, with a basement, and has a parapet to the roof with stacks to the left. A single sash window with vertical glazing bars remains intact on the second floor. There is also a two-storey and basement canted bay with sash windows. The front door consists of six raised and fielded panels, topped by a semi-circular fanlight. To the right of the entrance is a low brick wall with simple iron railings enclosing a railed area.
