Description

Nos 13 and 15 form a pair of houses and a shop, likely built around 1830 and altered in the 20th century. The building is constructed of stock brick with a slate roof, featuring parapets and chimneys centrally and projecting to the left. It is three storeys high with a basement. The windows are mainly glazing bar sashes, with a blank window space and a wooden casement on the second floor. A two-storey canted bay window is on the left, and a single-storey canted bay window is on the right. A modern glazed shop front with a glazed door occupies the right-hand side. The entrance door to the left is made of six panels, with the top two panels glazed, and features a semi-circular fanlight. A glazing bar sash window is present in the basement, and a simple railing encloses the area immediately in front.
