Description
These are a pair of cottages dating from the early 19th century, located on the south side of Gore Street in Monkton. The cottages are constructed of brown brick with a plain tiled roof. They are two storeys high with an attic, featuring a gabled dormer and a hip, returned roof to the right elevation. There are stacks positioned at the end on the left, the centre left, and the end on the right. The windows are four-paned sash windows; those on the ground floor have segmental heads. A half-glazed door is located on the left, and a panelled door is on the right. The cottages are listed for their group value.
