Description
This is an early 19th-century pair of cottages located on the west side of Sun Street in Lewes. The cottages are constructed of red and grey brick laid in a chequer pattern, with grey brick used for the headers. The roof is covered in plain tiles and features end stacks on the left and right, along with two flat-headed dormers. The cottages are two storeys high with an attic, and have a two-window frontage. The ground floor windows are sash windows set within segment-headed surrounds. A pair of central doorways, each with a segment-headed surround and a panelled door, provides access to the cottages. The building is included in the list for its group value.
