Description

No. 3, Mount Pleasant is an early 19th-century house. It is constructed of painted brick with a wooden eaves soffit featuring paired brackets, and has a slate roof with a brick stack on the right side. The house is three storeys high, with a single window to the front. The windows are sash windows, with the second-floor window being shallower than those below. A small canted bay window is present on the first floor. A panelled door is located on the left side, set within a recessed entrance featuring a moulded round-arched surround with key- and impost blocks and a fanlight. The property is listed for its group value.
