Description

27 and 29 Sun Street is a pair of houses dating from the early 19th century. They are constructed with black glazed mathematical tiles and have a plain tiled roof, featuring an end stack on the right side. The buildings are two storeys high and present a symmetrical façade with two window openings that contain wide glazing bar sashes extending up to the eaves on the first floor. The central doorways are paired and are topped by a triangular pediment, which is supported by three sharply entasised pilasters. The doors are recessed and panelled, with the door on the right having its upper four panels glazed and both doors featuring panelled reveals.
