Description
21 Sun Street is a house that was originally a pair of cottages, later converted into a shop and cottage. It dates from the early 19th century and features a stucco exterior with a slate roof and a stack on the right side. The building has two storeys with three windows on both the first and ground floors. To the left, there is a mid-19th century arcaded shopfront with a pilastered frame and a projecting cornice, while to the right, there is a sash window. The windows have segment-headed surrounds, except for the ground floor window on the right, which has a moulded frame. There is a round-arched entrance to the left of the right-hand window and a wide square surround for the entrance in the center of the building. This property is included for its group value.
