Description

Lumbers is a house that has been converted into a shop and dwelling, dating from the late 19th century. It features a stucco front and a slate roof, with a rendered brick stack on the left side. The building has three storeys and a two-window range. The ground floor has a 20th-century shop front. On the first floor, there are two shortened sash windows with cornices supported by consoles, while the second floor has two sash windows with similar cornices. The building is topped with a dentilled moulded eaves cornice and has rusticated quoins and a parapet. The interior has not been inspected. This building is included for its group value.
