Description
The Leamington Spa Building Society consists of two houses that were built as one, likely in the early 19th century. The structure is made of red brick, which has been rendered and painted, and features a slate roof. There is a rendered brick end stack on the left side. The building stands three stories tall and has a two-window range. A 20th-century shop front has been added. On the first floor, there are two sash windows with glazing bars, each with a four-pane width and keystoned voussoirs above them. The second floor has two smaller windows that are similar in style. The eaves are adorned with brick dentils. Inside, the building features boxed beams. This listing is included for its group value.
