House over shop. Early C19. Brick, with rendered plinth, stone rubble sides and rear. Plain-tile roof. Pair of C20 integral gable end brick stacks at each side. EXTERIOR: 2 storeys, 3-window range. 2 former bay windows and central window at first floor replaced by 2 C20 tripartite 1/1:2/2:1/1 sashes flanking central 2/2 sash, all with painted keyed lintels with raised keyblocks. 2 bay windows at ground floor, without glazing bars, and central plain doorcase all under C20 projecting fascia. C20 casements in stone segmental-arched openings to rear. INTERIOR: not inspected. Included for group value.
