Description
This building is a house that has been converted into a shop, dating from the late 18th century. It features a rendered front wall and a plain tile roof with a brick stack on the right side. The structure has three storeys, with coved eaves and a blocking course, and the second floor has reduced proportions. The front has a regular three-window arrangement, with glazing bar sashes on the second floor that have rusticated lintels and raised key blocks, while the third floor has 19th-century sashes. The ground floor has a 20th-century shop front that includes a deep fascia and a central inset glazed door. This building is included for its group value.
