Description
The Needlecraft Centre is a house that has been converted into a shop and dwelling, dating from the late 18th century. It features a rendered plinth and red brick construction with flared headers in Flemish bond, topped by an old plain-tile roof and brick end stacks. The building is two stories high and has a two-window range. The ground floor showcases a late 19th-century shop front with double half-glazed doors in the center, flanked by plate glass windows. To the right, there are plank double carriageway doors. A fascia board runs between the ground and first floors, supported by carved brackets at the ends. The first floor is adorned with 16-pane unhorned sash windows, which have painted brick flat arches with keystones. This building is included for its group value.
