Description

A house, dating to the 17th century, has been altered and is now used as three dwellings and a shop. The ground floor has a rendered plinth and the walls are roughcast, likely on a timber frame, with an old plain-tile roof and brick stacks at the rear. The main facade features a three-window arrangement across two storeys. A plank door is located to the left, another to the left of centre, and a four-panel part-glazed door is to the right of centre. There is a plate-glass shop window to the right. Windows include a six-pane unhorned sash to the left of centre, a four-pane horned sash in the centre, and four-pane unhorned sashes to the first floor, set within wood architrave surrounds. The right-hand side of the building has a jettied upper floor and a cross-gable. The interior has not been inspected.
