Description

No. 22, Sun Street is an early to mid-19th century brick cottage. It is constructed of grey brick with red brick dressings, and has a slate roof with a stack on the left-hand side and a central flat-headed dormer window. The cottage is two storeys and an attic, and has a single window to the front, featuring sash windows within bricked, dressed surrounds. A round-arched entrance is located on the right-hand side, with a panelled door and fanlight above. The building is included in the listing for its group value.
