Description

No. 12, Sun Street is an early to mid-19th century cottage. It is constructed of grey brick with red brick dressings. The roof is slated, with a stack on the left-hand side and a central flat-headed dormer window. The cottage is two storeys high with an attic, and has a single window facing the front, which is slightly irregular in appearance. The window is a sash with glazing bars, set within brick surrounds. A panelled door is located on the right-hand side, with a transom light above it. The property is included on the list for its group value.
