Description
No 2 Sun Street is a house dating from the early 19th century, featuring painted brick construction and a slate roof that is hipped and rounded at the corner between Sun and Lancaster Streets. The building has two storeys and a single window front, with a glazing bar sash window on the first floor and a sash window on the ground floor. To the left, there is a boarded door. The front facing Lancaster Street is irregular, with the eaves stepped down in the centre. On the first floor, there are three casement windows, and on the ground floor, there are three sash windows to the right, along with a 19th-century shopfront to the left that has a projecting cornice hood.
