House, with cottage facing Lancaster Street to rear. Early C19. Painted brick. Slate roof hipped and rounded to corner between Sun and Lancaster Streets. End stacks. 2 storeys; single window front with glazing bar sash on first floor and sash on ground floor. Boarded door to left. Irregular front to Lancaster Street with eaves stepped down in centre. 3 window first floor, casements, and three window ground floor, sashes to right with C19 shopfront to left with projecting cornice hood. Included for group value.
