The cottage is two storeys high and features two windows with 12-pane sashes. On the ground floor, there is a three-light canted bay window with intact glazing bars. The left side has a doorcase with a flat wooden hood supported by brackets and pilasters, leading to a 20th-century half-glazed door. This building is included for its group value.
