  1. Queen Anne elevational facade masking C16 framed structure. 2 storeys and dormers. Ridge tile roof and centre stack. Brick with brick band. Ornamental 3 centred brick moulding over door (probably C19). Ground floor: Restored panelled doorway with top lights. Egg and dart moulding around chamfered edges of panels. On either side of door, 2 octagon projecting bay windows with sash bars and supported on carved wooden brackets. Projecting hood over door supported on carved wooden brackets resting on stone corbels. Continuous dentilled moulding forming cornice to bay windows and hood. First floor: 2 sash windows in exposed frames. Dentilled frieze and cornice supporting gutter. Two hip tiled dormers with heavy oversailing moulded eaves. Casement windows. Glazing bars to all windows.
