Description
This is a row of eight sheds located approximately two yards north-north-east of the Almshouses in Harrietsham, dating from around 1770. The row consists of six small sheds, likely used as coal stores or privies, and two larger sheds that were probably wash-houses, which are now used for storage. The sheds are constructed of red brick in Flemish bond, featuring weatherboarded gables and plain-tile roofs, and they are all single-storey structures. The two larger sheds have small brick stacks at the rear. Each shed has double doors that face the Almshouses, and each small shed is shared by two Almshouses. The interiors have not been inspected.
