Projecting eaves with flat soffits Regular 3-window front of recessed 16-pane glazing-bar sashes with splayed rubbed brick voussoirs. Central boarded door with decorative semi-circular fanlight, up 3 steps. Interior not inspected. Associated with Chegworth Water Mill. Included for group value.
