House. Mid C19. Front elevation buff brick in Flemish bond, right side elevation chequered red and grey brick. Slate roof. 2 storeys on plinth. Hipped roof. 2 rear stacks. Projecting eaves with flat soffits Regular 3-window front of recessed 16-pane glazing-bar sashes with splayed rubbed brick voussoirs. Central boarded door with decorative semi-circular fanlight, up 3 steps. Interior not inspected. Associated with Chegworth Water Mill. Included for group value.
