YALDING LEES ROAD TQ 6949 (South side) (formerly known as High Street, East-West Arm) 7/163 Vine House GV II

House. Early-to-mid C19. Chequered red and grey brick. Slate roof. Built at right-angles to road, facing east. Double depth. 2 storeys. Flat eaves soffits. Hipped roof. Slightly projecting red and grey brick stack to left gable end, and two to right gable end. Regular 3-window front of recessed 16-pane sashes with splayed rubbed brick voussoirs. Semi- circular decoration in brick headers under ground-floor window-cills. Central panelled door in panelled recess, with four-light rectangular fanlight. Doric porch with reeded pilasters against house wall. Interior not inspected.
