Description

Fairview is a house dating from the mid-18th century, constructed of chequered red brick. It features a plain tile hipped roof with external end stacks and is two storeys tall with attics. A floor band runs around the building. The central entrance has a segmental-headed door with four fielded panels and two flush panels. On either side of the door are wood bay windows, one from the 19th century and the other from around 1980. The upper floor has casement windows with burnt header lintels, with the center windows being narrower. To the right, there is a 18th-century lean-to, and to the left, a later one-storey addition.
