Description

This is a small house located on Station Road, Welham Green, originally dating from the 17th century or earlier. It was converted into two cottages in the 18th century and is now used as a single residence. The exterior is roughcast, with a plain tile roof featuring two gabled dormers. The house is one storey high, with an attic space. It has 3- and 2-light casement windows from the 19th century, each containing a single glazing bar. A central gable porch, constructed around 1970, sits at the front. A large, square red brick chimney stack, built in the 18th century, is located at the right end of the house.
