Description

Crawford Cottages is a cottage range dating to the 17th century. The building is timber-framed and faced with roughcast plaster. It has a steep-pitched roof covered in plain tiles, with a taller roof section on the right. Three 17th-century red brick chimney stacks rise from the ridge. The cottages are one storey in height with attics. Five 3-light casement windows, mostly from the 19th century, are present, with the second window from the left being a cast iron twin casement. Five gabled dormers light the attics. There are wide-plank doors with small bracketed hoods, with the exception of the door in the centre to the right.
