Description

Sunnyside is a cottage range dating from around the 17th century, likely originally timber framed, but faced in red brick during the early 19th century. It features a plain tile roof with gabled ends and a brick dentil eaves course. The building is one storey with an attic and has three windows. The ground floor includes 19th and 20th century casement windows, a shop window on the right, and a central bay window with a porch from the early 20th century. There is a small gabled dormer, an off-centre brick ridge stack, and an end stack. Inside, the cottage has stopped chamfered ceiling beams.
