Description

The Priory is a 17th century or earlier timber-framed house that was remodeled in the 19th century. It is faced in brick and roughcast, featuring a low-pitched plain tile roof with gabled ends and brick dentil eaves. The building has two storeys and a three-window range, which includes two and three-light casements, as well as a ground floor left-hand sash window with glazing bars. To the right, there is a 19th-century panelled door topped with a Victorian gabled hood. An off-centre brick ridge stack is present. Inside, an exposed wall post can be found in the rear wall, and one room features an egg-and-dart moulded cornice along with a fluted frieze.
