Description

This is a pair of 17th-century timber-framed cottages with brick infill panels, set on a sandstone plinth. The cottages are situated at a right angle to the High Street, facing Turners Lane. They have steeply pitched roofs covered in plain tiles, with gabled ends. The building is a long, three-window range. The windows are casements, some of which are modern replacements. There are two modern glazed doors and one plank door. Brick end and ridge stacks are present.
