Description
Brim Close is a cottage range dating from the 17th century. It is built of plastered stone rubble or cob and features a thatched roof with half-hipped ends. The building has one storey and an attic, with a long facade that includes four windows. The windows are two-light casements with leaded panes, and one has a chamfered frame. There is one attic window with eyebrow eaves above, as well as attic windows in the gable ends. The cottage has an external rendered stack on the front wall and two additional rendered chimney stacks at the ridge. A doorway is located to the left of the centre, which is sheltered by a thatched porch. At the east end, there is a lean-to structure.
