Description
Upton Lodge is a gate lodge built in the early 19th century. It has a rendered exterior and a slate roof. The building stands two storeys high on a plinth, featuring a plat band and overhanging eaves on a hipped roof, with stacks located at the rear left and rear right. The windows are regularly arranged, with three round-headed margin light casements on the first floor, which have coloured glass in the margins, and two on the ground floor. The central entrance features a boarded door. To the left, there is a single-storey extension with a balustrade and one wooden casement. Upton Lodge is included for its group value with Upton House.
