Description
New Farmhouse and New Farm Chapel is a house with offices and an attached chapel, dating from the late 18th century and the 20th century. The building is constructed of brick and has a tile roof. The symmetrical front, facing east, features two storeys and an attic with five windows. It includes two hipped-roofed dormers with casement windows and brick dentil eaves. The red brick walling is laid in Flemish bond with blue headers and red rubbed flat arches. The windows are 16-pane sashes in exposed frames. There is a 20th-century gabled brick porch. On the south side, there is a much-modernised block made of flint with brick quoins and a tile roof, which has round-headed windows; this section was once a stable and is now the chapel.
