Description
This is an early 19th-century house located in New Alresford, forming a rear wing to No. 60 West Street. The house is constructed of painted brick with a tile roof. It is two storeys high with four regular windows. The roof is 1 ½-hipped, featuring brick dentil eaves. It has sash windows in exposed frames. The entrance has been altered, and now features a plain 20th-century door. The building is listed for its group value.
