Description

This is an early 19th century house located on the west side of Grange Road, Ramsgate. The building is constructed from stock brick with a slate roof and is three storeys high, topped by a parapet. The upper floors have glazing bar sashes. A canted bay window with pilasters is present on the ground floor. The front door, positioned on the left-hand side, features two panels and a keyed semi-circular surround. The property is included on the heritage list for its contribution to the group value of buildings in the area.
