Description
This is an early 19th-century house located on the west side of Effingham Street, Ramsgate. The building is constructed of stock brick with a slate roof. It is three storeys high, with a basement, and features a cill band to the second floor, a projecting cornice, and a parapet. The second floor has three glazing bar sashes, and there is one to the right on the first floor. To the left is a two-storey and basement elliptical bow with two glazing bar sashes on each floor, including one to the basement. All windows have rendered heads. A glazed door, flanked by a semi-circular fanlight and a keyed head, is situated on the right side of the building. The doorway to the adjacent property, No. 34, slightly encroaches on the elevation of No. 32 at the right end.
