Description

This is an early 19th-century building on Sandgate Esplanade. It is a three-storey structure built of stock brick, with an old tiled roof. The front has two sash windows with intact glazing bars. The rear elevation is clad in weatherboard. A three-light bay window is present on the ground floor. A doorcase on the right side features a cornice and panelled reveals, approached by a flight of steps. It forms a group with numbers 30 to 34 on Sandgate Esplanade, including West Wedge, West House, West Lawn, and Spanish House.
