(Formerly listed as Rodney Cottage. Bower Cottage)

GV II C18 pair altered in mid C19. Two storeys. Ground floor stuccoed, first floor weatherboarded. Pebbleshore has a modern tiled roof. Over The Top has a hipped slate roof with a weatherboarded square look out. Five sashes in all on tile last floor with most glazing bars intact set in wooden architraves. The ground floor of Pebbleshore has two sashes with verticals only and a simple left side doorcase. Over The Top has two modern windows and a modern door with weatherhood. The rear elevation of Over The Top is weatherboarded and Pebbleshore has two sashes with glazing bars intact and a first floor verandah.

Pebbleshore, Over The Top and West Lawn Cottages form a group.
