Description
This is an early 19th-century house located on Sandgate Esplanade. It is a three-story building with attics, constructed of stock brick. The roof is hipped and covered in slate, with one dormer window. The front features two sash windows with vertical glazing bars. A later porch has been added. The rear elevation is clad in weatherboard. It forms a group with numbers 30 to 34 Sandgate Esplanade, alongside West Wedge, West House, West Lawn, and Spanish House.
