Description

West Lawn Cottage is likely of 18th-century origin and was formerly the Old Rose Tavern. It comprises two parallel ranges. The exterior is stuccoed and two storeys high, with a tiled roof featuring two hips on the side elevation. A brick modillion cornice is present. The side elevation has two casement windows and two tiled weatherhoods. Two windows have been altered. West Lawn Cottage forms a group value context with Pebbleshore and Over The Top.
