Description
47 and 49 Westbury Leigh are 18th century cottages that stand two storeys tall. The cottages are primarily constructed of brick, with No 49 featuring a pebbledash finish. There is a string course at the first floor level, and both cottages have a pantile roof that is half hipped to the west. Each cottage has three casement windows with three lights on the first floor, although No 49 has a central pair of lights. On the ground floor, there are two similar windows for each cottage. The entrance features six-panel doors that are located under a wide flat moulded hood supported by cut brackets, with the upper panels being glazed. At the rear, there are two gabled extensions.
