Description

This is an early 19th century house of three storeys and one window bay. It has a hipped tiled roof and is constructed of red brick. A decorative cornice with dentils sits below the eaves. The sash windows retain their margin lights and glazing bars, set in reveals and topped with flat arches featuring rubbed brick voussoirs. A doorway features Doric pilasters, an entablature, and a pediment, leading to a six-panel moulded door with the top two panels cut away and glazed. The building is part of a group value with numbers 10 to 19 on the west side of North Pallant.
