Description

This is an 18th-century building of two storeys and an attic, located on the west side of North Pallant. It is noticeably lower in height than the adjacent number 17. The roof is tiled, and a cornice with dentils runs below the eaves. The building is constructed of red brick and has three window bays. The windows originally had glazing bars, though these are now missing. They are set within flush boxes in flat arches, with one modern sash window located below in a slightly segmental heading. A doorway is framed with moulded details and a pediment, incorporating a six-panelled door where the top two panels are recessed and glazed. A wooden boarded door is situated at the south end of the building. Numbers 10 to 19 form a group.
