Description

City Club is an 18th-century building located at No 13 North Pallant. It has two storeys and an attic, featuring a much lower frontage compared to No 12. The building has a tiled gabled roof with two dormers and a small cornice with dentils below the eaves. Constructed of red brick, it has four windows and one blocked window. The first-floor windows have flush boxes set in flat arches, with all glazing bars intact. The ground floor windows are slightly segmental in shape with brick voussoirs. There is a modern window at the south end. The plain doorway is framed and has a rectangular fanlight above a six-panel moulded door. Nos 10 to 19 North Pallant form a group with this building.
