Description

NORTH PALLANT 1. 972 (West Side) No 13 (City Club) SU 8604 NW 4/158 5.7.50. II GV 2. C18. 2 storeys and attic. Much lower frontage than to No 12; tiled gabled roof; 2 dormers. Small cornice with dentils below eaves. Red brick. 4 windows and 1 blocked. On 1st floor, windows with flush boxes in flat arches; all glazing bars intact. Below, windows in slightly segmental headings with brick voussoirs. Modern window at south end. Plain doorway in frame; rect- angular fanlight; 6 panel moulded door.
