Description

12 North Pallant is an 18th-century building that stands three storeys tall and features three windows. It is constructed of red brick and has a small cornice with modillions beneath the eaves. The windows have flush boxes set within flat arches, with rubbed brick voussoirs, and all the glazing bars remain intact. The doorway is adorned with Doric columns, a pediment, and a semi-circular fanlight, and it retains its original moulded door. This building is part of a group that includes Nos 10 to 19 North Pallant.
