Description
This is an early 19th-century house located on the west side of Effingham Street, Ramsgate. The house is rendered and stands three storeys high with a basement, topped by a dentil eaves cornice and parapet. A rounded corner is visible to the right. The second floor features two sash windows and a blank window space. The first floor has a sash window, a blank window space, and a sash window with vertical glazing bars, all with label hoods. A sash window is present on the ground floor to the left, with a basement opening below featuring a dograil. A four-panelled door is recessed within a semi-circular, rusticated surround with three steps, and there is a curved plank and stud door in the corner section.
