Description
Woollams is a house built in the late 18th century, with rear extensions added in the mid-19th century. The front walls are finished in stucco with stone coping along the parapet, while the other walls are made of brickwork and some tile-hanging. The front features a tile roof, while the rear has a slate roof. The south front has two storeys and four windows, showcasing early and late Victorian sash windows. There is a classical porch that includes a cornice and two plain columns, along with a half-glazed door flanked by narrow side-lights.
