Description

The stable block located 5 metres north of Oak Lodge is a stable and coachhouse that has been converted into garages and a store. It was built in the early 19th century and features a brick wall with cambered openings. The roof is tiled and hipped at the north end. The building is rectangular in shape and includes a hayloft that is accessed by steps and a doorway in the south gable. The long west elevation displays an irregular arrangement of doors and windows, with sliding doors leading to the arched carriage entrances. This structure is included for its group value.
