Description
The stable block north of Rookery House, originally listed as the stable block north of Rookery Park House, is an 18th-century building that has been converted into a garage. It is constructed of red brick and features a hipped tiled roof with dentil brick eaves. There is a dormer on the west roofslope and a gabled loft entrance on the north side. The building is one storey high with a loft. The west elevation has a central door flanked by two-light casement windows. The south elevation includes two garage doors and one stable door, all of which are topped with segmental brick arches. The west end has a blank recess in one bay, while the north elevation features three windows and one recess with segmental arches and two inserted casements.
