Description

Goddard's Farmhouse is a house dating from the late 18th century, with 20th-century rear extensions. The building features flint and tile construction and has a wide front (south) elevation that is two storeys high with three windows. The roof is half-hipped at the east end and has a large tapered chimney attached to the west gable. The flint walls are accented with brick dressings and have cambered arches on the ground floor. The windows are casements, and there is a 20th-century porch made of flint and brick, topped with a half-hipped tile roof.
